Magdelena, we are sorry to hear about your problem. Although we are not medical professionals and therefore cannot give you medical advice, we are sure that the Vibetronix platform will help your issue. As you have this problem in your hand, in addition to standing on the platform, you will probably find that sitting on it with your hands palms down on the platform on either side of you as you sit, will do wonders for the lymphedema.

The whole body vibration exercise causes the lymph system to be stimulated every effectively. Generally, lymphedema is caused when the lymph system no longer works efficiently due to surgery or illness or chemotherapy etc.

Under normal circumstances, the lymph circulation can only be stimulated through brisk walking or lymphatic massage, however WBV provides an even better ‘massage’ that is very effective. As your issue is very localized in your arm and hand, we are reasonably certain that WBV will greatly assist with this.

You will need to experiment with the speed and the position of your hands to identify the specific usage pattern that will give you the best results.
